Rules for using Ordexs

These Terms govern access to and use of Ordexs, including the dashboard, storefront builder, order management tools, courier integrations, analytics, automation features, and related services.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using Ordexs services, you agree to these Terms. If you use Ordexs on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Ordexs.

2. Accounts and stores

  • You must provide accurate account and store information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account.
  • You are responsible for your products, prices, order data, storefront content, customer communications, and legal compliance.
  • Ordexs may suspend or restrict accounts that create risk, violate these Terms, or harm the platform.

3. Services

Ordexs helps merchants build storefronts, manage products and orders, connect delivery providers, track analytics, configure marketing integrations, and automate operational workflows.

We may add, remove, or change features as the platform evolves. Some features may be available only on certain plans, in certain regions, or after additional setup.

4. Plans, billing, and usage

  • Paid plans, limits, usage allowances, renewal terms, and overage charges are shown at purchase or in the dashboard.
  • Some features may be billed by usage, including WhatsApp, SMS, courier automation, high-volume tracking, extra storage, or high order volume.
  • Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • If payment fails, Ordexs may limit access, pause paid features, or suspend the account after reasonable notice.

5. Merchant responsibilities

  • You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your store, products, advertising, pricing, taxes, returns, delivery, and customer service.
  • You must have the right to upload, publish, or process all content and data you provide to Ordexs.
  • You must not sell illegal, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, or prohibited products through Ordexs.
  • You must provide any customer notices, consents, policies, or disclosures required for your storefront and market.

6. Integrations and automation

Ordexs may connect to third-party services such as delivery companies, advertising platforms, analytics tools, webhook destinations, and messaging providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and fees.

Automations must be used responsibly. You are responsible for messages, webhooks, customer communications, and integration actions triggered from your account.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse Ordexs, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, overload the platform, or bypass plan limits.
  • Do not upload malicious code, scrape the service, spam customers, or use Ordexs for fraudulent activity.
  • Do not use Ordexs in a way that violates privacy, consumer protection, intellectual property, courier, advertising, or messaging rules.

8. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. Merchants remain responsible for the customer data they collect and process through their stores.

You grant Ordexs permission to process account, store, product, order, customer, and integration data as needed to provide and improve the services.

9. Intellectual property

Ordexs owns the platform, software, interfaces, design systems, documentation, and related technology. You own your store content, product data, and business materials, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.

Feedback or suggestions may be used by Ordexs without restriction or compensation.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Ordexs reliable, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific business results, delivery outcomes, advertising performance, or third-party integration behavior.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordexs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid to Ordexs for the service during the period allowed by applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Ordexs at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay fees, or misuse the platform. Some obligations survive termination, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Ordexs after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
