Ordexs provides commerce software for online sellers, including storefronts, order management, delivery integrations, analytics, and automation tools. This Policy applies to Ordexs services, websites, dashboard pages, and communications.
Merchants using Ordexs are responsible for the customer data they collect through their storefronts. Ordexs processes that customer data to provide the services requested by the merchant.
2. Information we collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, authentication provider, store name, and team settings.
- Store and business information, such as products, inventory, pricing, delivery settings, integrations, and storefront content.
- Order and customer information, such as customer name, phone number, email, address, order items, payment method, delivery status, and notes.
- Usage information, such as dashboard actions, device data, browser data, IP address, page views, sessions, referrals, and performance events.
- Integration information, such as courier account settings, marketing pixel settings, webhook configuration, and future messaging preferences.
3. How we use information
- To create accounts, authenticate users, maintain sessions, and protect the dashboard.
- To operate merchant storefronts, carts, checkout flows, products, orders, analytics, and stock features.
- To send orders to delivery providers, refresh delivery statuses, and record shipment history.

Customers of a merchant should contact that merchant first for requests about orders, delivery, or storefront purchases. Ordexs can assist the merchant when appropriate.
8. Children
Ordexs is designed for businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through merchant accounts.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as Ordexs evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting a notice in the product or updating the effective date.
